About this Workshop:
The Seven Principles Workshop for Couples offers a lively and insightful experience grounded in Dr. John Gottman's renowned research, as detailed in his bestselling book, "The Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work." This workshop, which has benefitted tens of thousands of couples globally, focuses on enhancing friendship, equipping partners with effective communication skills and building shared meaning. Through engaging lectures, demonstrations, videos, and private exercises, participants embark on a journey of relationship enrichment.
Central to the workshop's approach is Dr. Gottman's three decades of scientifically analyzing marital habits, leading to a method that addresses behaviors jeopardizing relationships. By emphasizing the significance of everyday interactions, couples learn to nurture the core aspects of their partnership.
Importantly, the workshop respects participants' privacy, eliminating the need for group sharing of personal issues. This ensures couples can explore their relationship dynamics in a safe and supportive environment.
Research underscores the importance of proactive intervention, as couples often wait nearly three years before seeking professional help. Through the Seven Principles Workshop, couples gain valuable insights and evidence-based skills to strengthen intimacy, friendship, and communication skills, empowering them to navigate challenges with resilience and positivity.
